It All Falls Into Place.

It's been an eventful week! It's about time I shared it with all you beautiful people.

It started off with a marvelous spring break in California with Jon. We...
  • Ate some Bubba Gump's shrimp
  • Went to the Aquarium of the Pacific (BABY SHARKS!!!)
  • Saw Jurassic Park in IMAX
  • Caught up on some classic eps of The Office
  • Ate more...and more
  • Spent some time with the Faldmo clan
  • Had a super fun night with Kayalani and Miguel
  • Went on a mini hike
  • Had an adorable bonfire
  • Soaked up the love and sunshine
The gist of it all: AWESOME week. I honestly never get tired of this guy. We can spend all day, every day together and I'm always laughing! I guess we're in love...whatever. :)

Then the intensity began when we both came up to Idaho for the most epic past few days of our lives. After a short stop in SLC to meet up with some old friends and mission buddies, we headed up to our little college town. The next morning Jon took his ACT and PASSED! We expected to have to wait a few days to find out if he was accepted, but just LATER THAT DAY he was officially admitted into school!! The next day he was assigned to be on the Spring/Fall track so we got his apartment picked and classes all registered! In a matter of 3 days he's now officially a student with a schedule and a new apartment.

No doubt in my mind that God had a hand in this one.

It's amazing how everything falls into place. It's true that things that are meant to be always work out. Even though we make our own life decisions, if we're willing to listen God is definitely there to guide our steps.

Trust that He answers prayers and has a hand in our lives...

...because He does, I've seen it!!

Mission Memories.

When General Conference rolls around, I can't help but remember being on my mission on Temple Square during this time of year. Salt Lake City is filled with Mormons from all over the world all gathered for one purpose: to hear the living prophet.

It's amazing how blessed I feel knowing that God is not silent in our day. He does not leave us alone, but is the same as He has always been and has called a prophet and apostles to guide us.

Their words and truly inspired by God.

I loved my mission so much. My faith grew and I was able to meet so many people from so many walks of life that really changed my life. I miss it and think of it often. It was the experience of a lifetime that I will never forget.

And if I do forget, every 6 months I'll be reminded as I see the Conference Center being filled with faithful Latter-day Saints.

BEING MORMON ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Little Wonderful Moments.

These are the little moments I live for. Nights when it's 3am and you can't sleep because you just hung up the phone after talking to the love of your life and you're too happy and your heart won't stop feeling like an oven!

A lot has happened for us both and we feel so blessed. God is not withholding any lessons or blessings and I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.

Thank goodness for FaceTime moments when I can see that smile and know that in 4 more days we'll be together and refuse to be apart ever again!!

Seriously.
People will have to call in the armed forces to try and separate us.

Love is real guys, and it's a powerful thing!

Thin Mints & Samoas!

We found em.

I'd been dying for some cookies, and today we found them at our local grocery store!

I went inside and bought a pack of gum just so I could take out cash and buy a few boxes.

I was tempted to buy one of each but those little girls were intimidating with their box of cash and their sashes. I was pretty sure they'd judge me.

My roomies and I also get free pizza tomorrow.

This will be one fat & happy weekend.
